Thank you for choosing HiLibre. Before starting, please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. The Terms cover your access to and use of (i) the HiLibre website (“Website”) and (ii) eSIM data service plans (“Data Plans”) based on eSIM technology and related services provided by our Technology Partner and promoted by HiLibre (collectively, the “Service” or “Services”).
INTRODUCTION
Updates to the Terms
Services might be introducing new features or modifying current ones constantly. We may update these Terms from time to time to comply with the law, add functionality, correct errors, or for other valid reasons. You are obliged to review the Terms periodically. Notification of material changes will be provided in advance by reasonable means (e.g., via email). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance. You can end your relationship with us at any time by closing your Account.
Accessing the Services
You affirm that you are eighteen (18) or more years of age and have the right and authority to enter into these Terms.
Binding Legal Agreement
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and HiLibre. You accept these Terms by: (i) creating an Account; (ii) accessing or using the Services and Website; or (iii) otherwise electronically agreeing to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES.
Services
We shall provide you eSIM Data Plans based on eSIM technology. The eSIM includes an electronic profile downloaded to your device upon activation. The data volume and validity period are disclosed at the time of purchase. When the period expires, any remaining Services will be lost and no refund will be payable for unused Services. Services are provided on a pre-purchase basis only.

For the purpose of the Terms, “HiLibre”, “we”, “us” or “our” means APPCODIX LTD, a private limited liability company (“HiLibre”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

GENERAL TERMS
You are solely responsible for all usage and activities that occur under your Account or password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and restricting access to your Account by any other party. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your Account.
SERVICES PURCHASE AND ACTIVATION
We reserve the right to limit certain Data Plan availability to specific countries. You can explore, choose, and purchase Data Plans on our Website.
Before purchase, you must have an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device. Upon purchase, you need to download the eSIM onto your device. The downloaded eSIM remains on the device even after Data Plan expiration or data depletion.
To activate Services, you must first download the eSIM and then activate the associated Data Plan. eSIM download and installation require a stable internet connection. You will be charged upon purchase of a Data Plan.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds for Non-Activated Data Plans
If the eSIM (i) has not been installed or (ii) has been installed on your device but the Data Plan has not been activated, you may request a full refund.
Refunds for Activated Data Plans
If the eSIM has been installed and the Data Plan activated, it will be considered utilized and a full refund cannot be guaranteed. However, HiLibre may consider a full or partial refund for unused data under the following conditions:
- The Data Plan has been activated but data remains generally unused (>99% of the Data Plan left), and/or
- The data has been used insignificantly due to service quality issues related to HiLibre.
The decision to grant a refund is at the sole discretion of HiLibre.
Refund Restrictions
HiLibre reserves the right to refuse any refund under the following circumstances:
- Evidence of abuse (e.g., repetitive refund requests), violation of our Terms, or any fraudulent activity.
- If you delete your account after purchasing a Data Plan and then request a refund.
- Charges incurred from alternate phones, SIM cards, or providers not directly associated with your Account.
General Refund Period
All refund requests must be made within 30 days of the Data Plan purchase date. HiLibre’s decision will be made within 5 working days. The actual refund will be processed within no later than 30 calendar days.
PROVISION OF SERVICES
Services are provided by our Technology Partner — eSIM Go, a limited liability company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 12465777, registered office at 8 North Bar Street, Banbury, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, OX16 0TB (“eSIM Go”). eSIM services will be provided under their Terms and Conditions.
By using Services, you acknowledge that we may disclose and use your personal data for Services provision, subject to our Privacy Policy and our Technology Partner’s Privacy Policy.
PROHIBITED ACTIONS
Users are strictly prohibited from using Services for:
- Bulk machine-to-machine data applications;
- Continuous streaming of content intended to replace a fixed-line internet connection;
- Activities that negatively impact the performance of our or our Technology Partner’s network;
- Excessive tethering or sharing of data via hotspot beyond occasional personal use.
HiLibre reserves the right to take appropriate measures if there is evidence of misuse, including temporarily reducing data speeds, limiting access, or suspending Services.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS
You must:
- Avoid using the Services for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive communication;
- Refrain from using the Services for criminal or unlawful activities;
- Act in a manner that does not affect the operation of our networks;
- Refrain from sending or uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights;
- Use the Services for personal use only;
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- Provide proof of identity, if requested.
It is your responsibility to delete the eSIM from your device before passing it to another person.
CHARGES AND PAYMENTS
The costs linked to purchased Data Plans are disclosed before purchase. By completing the purchase, you accept these charges, which include value-added tax and any other applicable sales taxes or duties.
Services are provided on a pre-purchase basis. You must provide a current and valid method of payment (credit or debit card or any other payment method available on the Website). By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and that all payment information you provide is true and accurate.
HiLibre reserves the right to verify credit/debit card payments prior to completing your purchase. For any payment questions, please contact us at support@hilibre.com.
TERMINATION
By us
We reserve the right to terminate your Account and discontinue Services in the event of a material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, no refunds will be issued for unused data bundles.

You can terminate the Services at any time by contacting us. To terminate, email us at support@hilibre.com from the email address associated with your Account.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITH ALL FAULTS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WHATSOEVER REGARDING THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, ADEQUACY, SUITABILITY, FUNCTIONALITY, AVAILABILITY, OR OPERATION OF THE SERVICES. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, HILIBRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. IN ANY CASE, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF HILIBRE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED WHAT YOU PAID TO US DURING TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, applicable law. Before filing a claim against HiLibre, please try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@hilibre.com.
If you reside in the European Economic Area, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
MISCELLANEOUS
Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between HiLibre and you with respect to your use of our Website and Services.
Severability. If any portion of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the rest of the Terms remain in full force.
Force Majeure. HiLibre shall not be in breach of these Terms for any delay or failure resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.
Prevailing Language. The English language version of these Terms shall be the original, governing instrument.
